The only good area was reception and Nancy Customer Service manager and in our view should be the overall manager.
The hotel advertised Dinner and bar, neither existed. As two disabled travellers we rely on a hotel that does dinner and has a pool with bar.I took photos of their official website as proof.
We therefore had to walk to dinner every night. The hotel has no disabled access, there is a side that
You could hold on to but was blocked by two rows (18 pots) of plants. The slope if its for wheelchairs is so steep it would be unsafe so access is by all the steps.
Housekeeping is a shambles,we had to call them back so many times, they even told reception we didnt want our room cleaned even ghough nobody knocked and the door was open.Bath was never cleaned properly. Toiletries were poor just one little round bar of soap about 2 cm wide and 2mm thick.Only enough shower gel and shampoo for a daily shower if they put any in the containers provided. There was no moisturiser nor conditioner.
This hotel caters for guests who mainly only for guests who stay between 1 and 3 days. The hotel didnt seem to be able to upguage for guests who stay longer,we stayed 15 nights.
Breakfast is nothing special and again the hotel website states a combination af east and west dishes, didnt see much western offerings if any.
We were so disappointed in this hotel as we were so exited before arrival,we certainly felt mis sold.I have just checked their official site and it still says Paracel pool bar and
