"The room is clean. The staff are friendly. Mr. Franz Josef always have a smile to greet us every morning. We skipped breakfast, not an early riser. We usually do brunch or early lunch. We arrived by train. There's ample parking spots if you have a car. We liked the place and will come back with family next time. "

"The view from balcony is soOOO beautiful! Hotel is very kind to accept my request to upgrade the room to Superior Double Room with a lake view. Yes! It's worth the upgrade. Would recommend to stay in the main building. The free sauna is a great activity and we really enjoyed it at the end of the day. The reception guy (I think his name is Simon?) was super helpful and responsive on all our requests. Totally recommend to stay in this hotel!"

"The view from our room was absolutely amazing and the room service breakfast was too. If you have larger luggage there is no need to carry yr luggage up a bunch of stairs only to get onto your room. There is a walkway entrance in the center of town that you can roll yr luggage up. "

"Not the best experience. Room is run down. Limited transportation, we had to walk 20 minutes in the snow to find our room. Limited dining in fact all we had was a small supermarket. Tv doesn’t have any streaming services so we had nothing to watch. The view is fantastic though."
