Eifel Kate, where luxury meets comfort

After extensive renovation, the small villa, which was once a stable, invites you to a relaxing stay in the heart of the Eifel. In addition to the three beautifully designed bedrooms with high quality beds, which are located on the first floor, the ground floor is particularly impressive with its beautiful combined living and dining area. Old and new are skilfully combined here.

The special luxury in the form of 3 flat TVs, one of them even in the bathroom, the integrated cedar wood sauna with whirlpool and the fully equipped kitchen allow even regenerative days to fly by. Another highlight is the wood stove, which can be used to radiate warmth and well-being.

In summer it is easy to endure on the large terrace with a charcoal grill in front of the house. There is a parking lot directly at the house and a charging station for electric vehicles 10 meters away.

Gemütlicher Urlaub in der Eifel

Das Ferienhaus strahlt eine Gemütlichkeit aus. Der Stil ist gut aus modern und historischen Elementen kombiniert. Die Betten/Matratzen sind in einem sehr guten Zustand. Das Bad ist immer angenehm warm und man fühlte sich wie in einem Spa. Die Eifel-Kate ist ein guter Ort um sich vom Alltag zu erholen. Es gibt schöne Ausflugsmöglichkeiten in die Natur. Sehr angenehm war die sehr nahe (keine 2 Minuten Fußweg) Bäckerei mit Cafe, wo es tolle Brötchen und Kuchen gab. Rundum war unser Urlaub sehr schön.

Charmantes Häuschen

Süßes Häuschen, welches mal mit viel Liebe hergerichtet wurde - ein kleines Make-Over (inkl. kleinerer Reparaturen im Haus, die rückgemeldet wurden im Feedbackbogen, und Entrümpelung des Gartens) und eine Grundreinigung (oberflächlich war alles gereinigt) sind aus meiner Sicht echt notwendig! Eine Anleitung für die Whirlpoolbadewanne wäre fein, die Sauna braucht leider sehr lange, um richtig auf Temperatur zu kommen. Die Einrichtung wirkt etwas zusammengewürfelt und in die Tage gekommen. Trotz allem haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden wiederkommen!

Erholsame Tage

Waren eine Woche mit Familie und Hund in der kleinen Wohlfühloase. Rundum sehr zu empfehlen. Kleines Ferienhaus mit allem Annehmlichkeiten. Außer im Außenbereich und in der Küche sind kleine Abstriche zu machen. Beim Eingangsbereich fehlt in der Stufe ein Stein, sollte schnellstens ausgebessert werden. Terrasse ist etwas ungepflegt. Grillrost sollte man austauschen, da verbogen und verrostet. Die Küche bräuchte für die angegebenen 7 Personen mehr Geschirr, Besteck, Töpfe und Pfannen, Salatschleuder. Gewürze sollte man auch im Auge behalten, waren entweder leer oder uralt. Das sollen aber nur Verbesserungsvorschläge sein und keine Kritik. 😊 Wir haben uns rundum sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder. Hier nochmal ein besonderes Dankeschön an die Vermieterin, für die vorbei gebrachte Flasche Pflanzenöl. Und das noch am Sonntag. 😊

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit mit der ganzen Familie. Diese kleine Auszeit hat sehr gut getan. Es schien kleiner wie gedacht ,aber wir alle haben uns sehr sehr wohl gefühlt.Die Kommunikation war hervorragend mit dem Anbieter , sehr sehr nett. Im Ort gibt es nicht viel aber zum entspannen, Spaziergänge und gemütliche Abende mit der ganzen Familie ist es ideal.Auch unsere Hunde haben sich sehr wohl gefühlt .Wir waren alle rundherum zufrieden.Danke für die schöne Zeit!

Die Ferien Unterkunft entsprach der Beschreibung. Die Sauberkeit bei der Ankunft war in Ordnung und entsprach der Erwartung. Die Ausstattung war wie beschrieben und man konnte merken das sich die Vermieter mit der Einrichtung Mühe gegeben haben. Eine Stelle in der Eingangsstreppen war lose was unangenehm war. Der Aussenbereich wirkte etwas ungepflegt, was sicher auch an der daneben liegenden Baustelle lag.

Fijn verblijf

Fijn verblijf gehad, het was lekker warm binnen toen we aankwamen en het inchecken was makkelijk. De badkamer is heerlijk met de sauna en bubbelbad. Slaapkamers waren prima en de woonkamer ook. Alles wat je nodig hebt is in de keuken aanwezig (neem wel zelf zout en peper mee voor de zekerheid).

Schöne gemütliches Ferienhaus

Ferienhaus wurde toll saniert. Gemütlich eingerichtet. Das einzige was ein bisschen störe d ist, ist die Glastür vom einem Schlafzimmer und das es nur ein WC gibt. Aber ansonsten alles top. Alles was man braucht ist vorhanden! Top ist auch das der Hund mitkommen durfte! Wir werden wieder kommen.
