Great location accessible to the city, business like atmosphere in staff and lobby, nice clean spacious rooms. Breakfast could be improved slightly with more selections but was very good already. Finally, very nice pool next to outdoor lounge. Overall, 5/5 hotel for very reasonable price point.

Great stay in Dakar! Room was very clean. Staff was extremely courteous. Laundry service was same day and clothing was perfectly cleaned and folded same day. Ate at the restaurant everyday. Breakfast was GREAT. Restaurant staff was always friendly and helpful with the menu items. If I make it back to Dakar I’m staying here again!

Excellent place and wonderful staff!

I cannot rate this place highly enough. First of all the staff were exceptionally kind and helpful. The room was great, good shower, nice size, fridge and kettle, both much appreciated. Perfectly located for the places I wanted to visit in Dakar. Loads of fresh produce at breakfast, including a very tasty bean dish. The pool area was a perfect oasis from the business of down town Dakar. Loved it!

Except clean room, terrible breakfast

Cleaning the room and welcome services are very good. But the breakfast was terribly poor and, during breakfast, they were cleaning the near floor and swimming pool. All the more, breakfast time wasn't observed (30 minutes later) and the swimming pool cannot be used, due to the really terribly improperty.

Otel konumu çok iyi, oda boyutları normal. Temizlik normal. Elbiselerim için ütü istedim fakat ücret karşılığında kendileri ütülemek istediler, ütü vermediler odaya. Kahvaltısı zayıf, seçenek az, lezzeti iyi değil. Döviz bozdurmak istediğimizde yardımcı oldular.

Obligé de payer 2 fois pour le même séjour.

Le pré-paiement que j'ai effectué le 29/07 à Hotels.com n'a pas été pris en compte par l'hôtel (on disait ne pas avoir reçu de pré-paiement). J'ai dû payer une deuxième fois pour le même séjour. Il est impossible de trouver de l'aide ou un contact sur le site de Hotels.com afin d'obtenir un remboursement.
