The space
You are in townhomes that was built in 2021. You have a private roof top deck with a view of downtown. The main living space is on the second floor, with the bedrooms on the third story. To see the beautiful Dallas skyline, just walk to the rooftop and see why Texas is know for its amazing sunsets.

The home has a private garage that can accommodate two small sedans or one large SUV. There is extra parking on the street for visitors. Once you are inside your home, you will love the modern look and feel of it.

You are in the highly desirable area called Oak Cliff. However, we are on the outskirts of downtown Dallas, so you should expect that urban element. The townhomes are next to empty lots and a few used cars shops. But if you want to be 5 minutes from Fairpark, Deep Ellem, Uptown, Greenville, and a little further from AAC, Dos Equis, you may have to put up with the sounds of the city.

The new townhouse is ideally located outside the popular Uptown, Downtown, Lakewood and Old East Dallas districts, but with KILLER views of what is rated as one of the BEST skyline in America. You are also 5 minutes away from dozens of independent restaurants, bars, coffee shops, theaters, boutique retailers, live music venues, and art galleries in Bishop Arts District of Dallas.

You will have full access to the entire property during your stay.
Other things to note
Please review our house rules:
1.) We only permit the number of guests and pets at the home that you booked. Our homes are not suited for events or parties. However, if you need to have a few friends over, please ask ahead of time for approval. If there are more guests than on the reservation, you will be asked to leave without a refund. We use Ring Camera's to ensure everyone's safety.

2.) Quiet hours are from 10 pm - 9 am. This means that none of the neighbors complain to us. If one of them is loud, please bring it to our attention. This includes dogs, music, slamming doors, etc. We will provide you three phone numbers to call if you have any issues upon checking.

3.) No smoking anything (e.g., candles, incense, tobacco, marijuana, etc) inside the house. Feel free to use the outside seating to enjoy yourself. If there is evidence of smoking in the home, we will add a $200 fee to your stay.

4.) The properties are monitored by Silbar Security [for everyone to have a peace of mind]. Dallas is VERY strict about events and parties, and so are we. If Silbar Security is used to address an issue at your home, you will be charged for their services.
