Chic Modern New Build - Great For Large Families

  • Just a quick 5-minute drive to Downtown and within 10 minutes of bars and restaurants in Bishop Arts & Trinity Grove Districts! This brand new +2400 square foot home with a large backyard will easily accommodate your next game-day watch party, company retreat, or intimate wedding. With a prime location in Dallas yet a secluded neighborhood feel, this home gives you everything you need for a perfect getaway


    Three House rules-
    1. No Disruptive parties - Events with loud music, parking violations, excessive drinking, take place primarily at night, and 25+ people are not allowed.

    2. Smoking is not permitted inside ($400 fine), no tampering with cameras/security devices, no DJs or large sound systems (Only regular speakers).

    3. First 16 guests are included by the base rate which includes everyone visiting and spending the night. Keep all guests and noise inside after 10:00 PM
