Built in the 196os, enjoy a stay in our comfortable studio. We're just minutes away from AAC, the fairgrounds, Uptown, and Deep Ellum. Enjoy a night out with friends and family and then land at our place! This trendy space was designed with you in mind. Our apartment provides a comfortable stay, whether you're traveling solo, friends, or with family. Expect original foundation and layout. PLUS, in appreciation, we include admission into the Award-Winning Dallas Arboretum.

We stayed here for OU/Texas weekend. It was a great location for the game and the Owner was extremely easy to deal with.

Not what was expected

Property was cute. Upon arrival we couldn't get in the gate. The room was decent. Coffee maker didn't work. Shower was extremely difficult to turn on, to the point I thought i was going to break the knob. The neighbors downstairs decided to thro a party and left all their trash in the breezeway, to the point i was stepping over trash. There was puke on the bottom of the stairs. My daughter said she listened to them outside screaming and yelling most of the night. The security gate was left open so all their friends could get in. Totally leaving the security of the place vulnerable. Not at all what i was expecting.

Low quality everything in a terrible neighborhood. Unresponsive host who clearly, doesn’t care.

Everything was broken and gross. Suspicious stains on the pull out couch and old food in the storage cabinet beneath it. All 3 forks in the whole place were dirty in the dishwasher. I guess you’re expected to clean crusted food off from previous Yemenis. The sink in the only bathroom is installed incorrectly or doesn’t have enough water pressure. You can’t even wash your hands. This is a terrible neighborhood full of homeless wandering around at all hours pushing carts and dirty people hanging out on corners. The only table in the living room is rusted and wobbly, closet with sheets for the pullout is stuck shut. Stairs are STEEP and unlit with no other way to get luggage upstairs. The beds are roll away, temporary style, no night stands or outlets next to them where would make sense. No remote for bedroom tv, doesn’t even turn on. Lamp in the bedroom has a loose electrical socket, but also bad style for placement so if you turn it on it would blind you with a bare lightbulb. Bathroom tub spout is still broken from months ago when previous review posted. The rug in the living room is so dirty I was afraid to remove my shoes. They made an excuse to not reprogram the lock so I was scared to even leave my things. Parking lot is completely open to vagrants and wanderers. Tried contacting host who refused to answer calls and quit texting without attempting to address any problems. Such a junky place. DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY.
