The staff was more than accomodating when we arrived with our 3 large dogs based on policies listed on Expedia only to find a sign in the lobby stating they only allow dogs 20lbs and under. We explained why we were in the area but let them know we would find other arrangements (we understand why these rules are put in place). The lady at the front desk asked a few questions, then let us know the dogs wouldn't be an issue. Huge relief!! Our room was basic but clean, which was pretty much what we expected, so no worries there. It was also really quiet considering the location. The only complaint we could have had was that the air conditioner in the room was rather ourdated and very loud, but it served its purpose so it wasn't a big deal. The only reason we're giving a 4 star review instead of 5 is because the hotel grounds really needed some help. We felt safe while we were there (even walking the dogs later at night or early in the morning), but there was trash and dog feces everywhere (thanks, other guests for making those dang no pets policies more and more likely). We get that the motel staff more than likely tries there best to keep the area clean, but it wouldn't be fair not to list this as an area of needed improvement. The motel does service large trucks and buses and is close to the main highway going through Mesquite but again, our stay was quiet and the location was very convenient. We would definitely stay again in the future if we come back to the area!

It wasn’t a bad stay overall. I saw a review about there being loud noise before I went so I wasn’t too surprised when there was noise from people wanting to hang out in the parking lot. I had noise canceling headphones so it didn’t really affect me at all. Didn’t really try out any amenities like the pool. But it was surrounded by restaurants which was nice.

There was a huge problem with the lady doin housekeeping for that section thr day after as we were granted late check out (noon) & she knocked at 9 a.m. then immediately within seconds unlocked and opened the room to stand there n just say sorry and try to walk off. She was asked why and she stood there without apologizing saying, "IT wasn't such a big deal and for us just to go back into the room before she had us kicked out immediately"! I told her I would make a complaint in which she said she rid not care, hecause nobody was going to do anything to her.

Booked this location for a 3-night conference stay. The room needs real attention before anyone else is put in it. The back of the door had a visible stain, yellow and sticky. The under-window AC unit's buttons were smashed and nonfunctional. The TV couldn't be pulled out far enough to reach the HDMI port, and had no source button to switch inputs anyway, so it was effectively unusable for anything but cable. I saw cockroaches on multiple occasions across the stay, including the morning I checked out. Neighbors were extremely loud one night, including non-guests standing outside my window for roughly 90 minutes. Front desk was responsive when I called around 11:30 PM and handled it.
