New Single Level Ranch Home by Highland Park with Pool

Step through one of the 12-foot-wide sliding glass doors and watch the sunset from the patio while the built-in BBQ cooks dinner overlooking soft synthetic grass and a private heated spa and pool. An open-concept interior means space galore, while the master bathroom has a big double-head rain shower and twin vanity. The kitchen is fully stocked and features double ovens, an automated Jura espresso/coffee machine, and a huge kitchen island. Relax and enjoy the large open-concept living area or work hard on the Peloton bike; either way, make yourself at home.

The printed house manual includes how to operate all 5 smart TVs, wifi password, and checkout procedures. Pre-wired smart home with Nest, Alexa/echo, and Sonos equipment.

You will have full access to the home. Rooms, bathrooms, and laundry room. Please make yourself at home!

I love to meet guests when they arrive, but when I can’t, it is very easy to self-check in. I am always available for texts and calls with any questions.

You have access to the 2-car garage, and it is very quick and easy to Uber to all the hot spots in Dallas. There's easy access to Highland Park Village and Love Field. Plus, it's right next to Inwood Village, which is home to some of the best restaurants that Dallas has to offer. Both downtown and uptown are easily reachable as well:

Keith was absolutely amazing!

What an accommodating host! He very quickly came to our rescue when we booked a less than ideal place elsewhere. He confirmed and we were checking in within 20 minutes. He was so incredibly responsive to all of our needs the entire time. Made us feel completely at home. The property was also amazing! Great backyard, and stocked with anything you might unexpectedly need. 10/10 experience.
