"Room was tired and beat up. Furniture had obvious worn edges and fabric. Built in cabinets had missing facings. Dirty grout in shower. Mattress had rut where guests slept. Elevator had worn interior panels. This used to be a fabulous first class hotel back in the 90s...But not now."

"The hotel needs a little bit of renovations in some rooms. Our room needs some TLC it seems. Toilet paper holder broken, hole in sink. Hot water of the shower was not always working, floor creaking in a certain spot. Faucet of the shower barely had any pressure. Pros: complimentary water saved us, ..."
