"Cornaro is a very smart and well run hotel, as you might expect for the price. Everything was spotless, the staff friendly and helpful, the rooms spacious and comfortable and the breakfast was excellent. It was also in a great location for visiting the old town of Split. The view from the rooftop terrace/bar was stunning and well worth a visit even if you did not have a drink. The only slight negative was the cleaning of our room. The maid failed to top up tea bags, coffee capsules or milk when servicing the room and we had to ask for more from the front desk, a minor point only."

The spa pool and saunas were very nice. Excellent location. Walking time to the Old City was about 15 minutes. We would definitely stay here again!"
