The Space

This modern lakeside retreat was built in 2018 and designed for comfortable year-round living.

Large windows fill the home with natural light while offering beautiful views of Lake Laxsjön.

The house features two bedrooms, a modern bathroom with a shower, and an open-plan kitchen and living area designed for both relaxation and socializing.

The enclosed sunroom and spacious terrace provide wonderful spaces for long breakfasts, dinners in the evening sun, and peaceful moments overlooking the lake.

The air-source heat pump provides pleasant cooling during summer and comfortable warmth during the colder months.

As a guest, you'll have access to the entire house, the private property, and two tandem kayaks.
