Our first room was discussing. There was a roach & spiders & wasn’t cleaned at all. If it was it was a god awful job. Thankfully the 2 employees that night 10/2 were very nice & gave us a new room quickly. When I went to turn in the key today 10/3 the blonde girl at the desk was VERY rude. Snatched the key out of my hand. Will neverrrrr go back. If there was such a thing as half a star that’s what I’d put for this place!
Sometimes a great hotel experience has nothing to do with how many stars are on the building or how expensive the room is. This place gave me exactly what I needed: a safe, clean, comfortable room where everything worked as it should.
What really sets this hotel apart is the staff. Their level of service and attentiveness exceeded what I’ve experienced at many high-end hotels. They were friendly, responsive, professional, and genuinely attentive to their guests.
It may be considered a lower-budget hotel, but the quality of the staff certainly isn’t. Give me a clean and safe room, everything working properly, and people who genuinely care about their guests—that’s a good hotel experience in my book.

Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities
Saw spiders and cockroaches, no waffle maker even there was maple syrup, barely stuff to eat in breakfast, staff was useful and
Room was very clean but the door to the room malfunctioned often. Staff were very pleasant. Parking was good. Breakfast was nothing special but it was ok. It Did have a waffle machine, muffins, danish, yogurt and instant oatmeal and good coffee.
The front desk clerks were very nice, rooms were nice, bed was comfy and pillows were fluffy, anything you wanted to eat was so close you can walk to them. The only thing that should change is the breakfast. The only thing there was waffles, Danish, apples and yogurt, no bread, no cream cheese, no cereal. No nothing... Else.
