Cozy Cottage on the Delaware

  • Small cottage located hillsideacross the road with a stairway to the Delaware River. Short walk to the town of Callicoon, NY. Small antique shops and grocery shopping, local movie house and restaurants. Fishing, swimming, canoeing, kayaking available. If you are a lover of nature this is the place for you to come and unwind! The cottage has 2 small bedrooms, one bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen. TV/Internet/WiFi included. There is a gas grill for BBQs located outside the cottage. Fire pit on the beach for bonfires at night. Parking located on gravel driveway facing the river.
