"The room was very clean and the air conditioner super cold which was great .The front desk guy was personable and nice and had good restaurant recommendations. The cleaning lady was super sweet . Our only critique was the mattresses were super firm/hard."

Why do hotels claim to be great but then try to get by with cheap, crappy pillows? Same here. Not impressed with pillows however the towels were nice. "Checked in Friday night 6/19. Room was very nice. We put our cooler stuff in the fridge. Saturday morning my wife made a cup of coffee in the kitchenette. We stayed in a suite and there was a kitchenette with refrigerator, microwave, and one cup coffee maker. She tried to make another cup of coffee and apparently a fuse blew to the kitchenette. Microwave and refrigerator went off. We moved the coffee maker to another electrical outlet and it worked fine. Called the front desk about the...
