"Bed was nice and comfortable but the room and the en-suit were very small. if you spent any time in your room, you had no choice but to lie on the bed. The hotel services and the spa were great and it was situated in a lovely area of Bournemouth. Would book again but just wish there was more space in the actual room."

"Starting with the front desk staff it was a wonderful stay. We only stayed one night but the room was an upgrade due to some switches and it was beautiful. The old woman at the desk that night was so kind and welcoming that we made friends immediately and I would go back to that hotel anytime I was in town!"

"This hotel is very clean and in a perfect location for cruises! There is lots of shopping nearby and it’s a 16 min walk or 6 min uber to the port. The front desk staff is helpful and attentive. They allowed us to store us our bags before check in time because our room wasn’t ready yet. The room was large, the beds comfortable, the bathroom well appointed and clean."
