Dana Point Vacation Rental Close To The Beach!

-One mile walking distance to both Strands Beach and Doheny State Beach! (but Uber back because the return trip is all uphill).
-Personal Air Conditioners in every bedroom.
-Parking for 4 cars. There is a two car garage and you may park two cars directly behind the garage.
-Full sets of towels for each person.
-HDTV Smart TVs with Netflix in every bedroom.
-Backyard patio with table, chairs, and BBQ.
-Washer/Dryer with detergent.
-Iron/Hair Dryer.
-250mbps fast internet!
-Beach Chairs, Boogie Boards, and Beach Towels!

We are one mile from the beach and walking distance to city hall. Air Conditioning, HDTVS, and Netflix in every bedroom. Back yard patio with barbecue and a two car garage. We provide a full set of towels including beach towels.

A great location to experience Dana Point and the surrounding areas. Placed almost perfectly between San Diego and Los Angeles, you will have more options to explore than you will have time for. Make a day trip to Disneyland, The Getty Museum, The Gas-lamp District, or just relax at the beach. Many fine restaurants are to be had in Dana Point and along Pacific Coast Highway. Since we don't really have a winter it's a perfect place to have sunshine instead of snow

There are two security cameras. One is looking out over the backyard patio towards the alley. The other is near the front door, facing the street.

-It's the law for STRs in Dana Point that we keep the trash bins in the garage. Trash pickup is on Monday around noon. On Sunday night we will enter the garage to put the bins on the street for you! We will be in and out. The we will bring them back inside the garage after the trash is picked up.

Would stay again.

There were just two of us in this spacious 3 bedroom condo. Plenty of room for a family of 6. Very clean unit and very quiet neighborhood. Located close to beach and downtown Dana Point. Owner responds quickly is very accommodating. Would definitely stay again! Thank you!

Ohana Festival Fun

This place was very clean and the beds were comfy. Kitchen had what we needed to cook a good breakfast every morning before heading down the hill to the concert. Garage parking and entry was very convenient. The neighborhood was quiet at night and each bedroom has its own air so that was also nice.

Wonderful stay

Television remote was hit and miss We purchased batteries thinking that would improve the performance but that didn’t help . Every thing about the unit was very good otherwise

Convenient place in Dana Point

Nicely located townhome in Dana Point. This made a good jumping off point for our family wedding. Comfortable beds and linens. Nice to have the garage for parking.

Has a great 3 night stay

Really enjoyed staying here. Great location, extremely well stocked, 3 large bedrooms and very attentive host. Great beach equipment available, chairs, Sun umbrella and large iglooo. Very convenient to Albertsons and Costco. Can’t recommend this highly enough.

Dana Pointe Dream

The property was exactly as pictured, the streets are crowded for parking so it is really great that the garage is available. We walked everywhere as the location is central to everything in Town. We had a nice stay.

Our rental was great! It had everything we needed, had fairly comfortable beds, and provided a nice place away from hotels! We would change out the toilet paper and paper towel, but otherwise it worked well for us.

Almost perfect for our needs

Our family came for a celebration of life. The location was quiet, and a perfect location for our needs. It was convenient to have a garage attached. It would have been easier to have 2 full baths, but the sink and vanity area in the master bedroom helped a lot. It is really too far to walk to the beach from there though.

nice, but not luxury

I enjoyed my stay, but this is not a luxury place. Location and some of facilities were odd...industrial tp that does fit on the dispenser, really? small point. Having said that, a lot of care went into many details. Good for a family, and it worked for me. Quiet.

Great Spot!

Home is very clean, well stocked and very homey. Great location. Private patio and garage in the back where there are hooded boards lounge chairs etc. . Make sure you brings slippers or something as the floors are beautiful but cold. Additionally if you are particular about your toilet paper bring your own there are some great games in closet by bathroom and very nice set up in living room . Host checked on us mid stay and was very responsive..

Family Getaway

Great location in Dana Point. Quiet neighborhood Super condo, Comfy beds, Kitchen with some essentials you need. Very clean. We loved it!!!
