"This was our second stay at Bob's lovely property. The house is super clean and super cozy. Beach cottage with a contemporary twist..love it! Bob responds very quickly to any question we may have. Very secure outside area for our dog. Quiet neighborhood with lovely neighbors. We definitely will be back!"

"My daughter and I visited for a quick three day break to celebrate a big Birthday. The views are everything. Ease of use in a beautiful area with driveway parking ( we did not bother using garage). Will consider booking this area for next get away."

"This Condo is wonderful.The location is amazing, across the street from Strands Beach. There are a lot of stairs to get to the beach but we used that as our daily workout!The layout is very functional with 2 patios off the bedrooms and also accessible from the kitchen and main room. It was recently renovated and it is beautifully done, with attention to many details. (overhead fans that work amazing, self closing cabinets, lights that dim, etc.) The kitchen has new appliances and all the pots/pans/cooking utensils you need. The bathrooms are beautifully done.The condo has a washer dryer and closet organizers in each bedroom.The only thing we would change is 2 single beds in the second bedroom vs a queen and bunk beds, but that is just our preference since we only had adult children visiting during our stay.We stayed for the entire summer July, Aug, Sept and hope to come back next year for at least part of the summer.Todd is very accommodating/ good communication and even provided house cleaning twice during our stay"
