"We loved everything! When we arrived it was peak check-in time but the front desk staff were plentiful and checked everyone in quickly, which was impressive! Super friendly and attentive staff throughout the hotel (bar, restaurant, housekeeping and as mentioned front desk staff). The room (jr suite) was decorated tastefully and the sound system was a nice surprise old school tube and horn system!"

"Our issue was very specific and might not affect most. There were limited gluten free options in the restaurants for lunch and dinner. Although you can convince a chef in other places to grill fish or steak easily, it was not an option here, at least in the common restaurant. Breakfast was better. They had gluten free bread and many options. Also, all restaurants (there are two other special ones) close rather early. But other than these (which might not be a big issue for most) a really good hotel. Fantastic staff."

"The hotel was very clean, very close to the station and skytree, and had all the amenities we needed (even an air frier, rice cooker, and washer and drier) only issue we had was that there was no elevators so lugging 11 luggages up and down the narrow stairs was difficult."

"Canadian here. Amazing experience at this hotel. Free coffee and tea after 10am. Free alcoholic/non—alcoholic beverage every day after 6pm. The public bath is gender separated and consists of a hot pool, cold pool, and dry saunas - all kept very cleanly and felt amazing, went twice per day (must follow Japanese customs of being nude but it was very nice). Amazing experience. Thank you very much!"
