If you stay at any other time of year—even if it’s 25–30°C outside—you will NOT have real air conditioning. It will just blow warm air. I had a very frustrating experience at this hotel, mainly due to how the staff handled a simple issue. When I arrived, the room was extremely hot (around 25°C), so I went to reception to ask about the air conditioning. I was told a technician would come. I waited in my room for about an hour before someone briefly showed up, said he’d be back, and then disappeared. After waiting even longer, I went down to reception, only to be told—very casually—that the air conditioning wouldn’t work that night. No one had bothered to inform me; they simply left me sitting there waiting. The next day, the same thing happened. I was again told to wait for a technician, but this time no one came at all. After another hour of waiting, I went back to reception and was then told that the hotel does not turn on air conditioning until the summer—so it only blows hot air. This directly contradicts what’s advertised on their website, which clearly states that air conditioning is available. "Incredible amenities and staff. From the minute I got out of the car, the staff greeted me and took my suitcase. I felt immediately welcomed. The room was in great condition and it was exactly like the pictures. Another pro was that the hotel had its own spa and it was the best one I’ve been to in Tunisia.
