Take a well earned break in this comfortable chalet on the edge of Norton Park. It`s peaceful location has uninterrupted views of the stunning Devonshire countryside.
A 5 minute drive to Dartmouth and 10 minutes to the spectacular coastline and Blackpool Sands, the Bolt Hole is the perfect base to explore the beautiful South Hams, an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.
So if you want to relax and recuperate or go adventuring and explore, then this is the Bolt Hole for you!
Walk straight into the generous living room with two comfy sofas, a smart tv and electric fireplace. There is a dining table with seating for 4 and a fully equipped kitchen with views straight through to the other side.
On the right of the living room is the first double bedroom with built in wardrobes and picture window to the front and views over the countryside. Behind is the second double bedroom with cabin bed, single wardrobe and dressing table/desk.
Next is the bathroom with spacious shower and a washer/dryer for your convenience.
The chalet is near the entrance to Norton Park and has a parking space just a short walk from the front door so easy to access and as it is located to the side of the park, on the edge, it benefits from privacy and peace. THE GOOD HOUSEKEEPING BOND As per our listing details, we operate using a Good Housekeeping Bond and whilst we do not take a physical deposit, we have up to 14 days after departure to charge for any additional cleaning or damages caused during your stay and not reported. We understand that accidents can happen so please let us know if you have anything to report before your departure. Thank you
- Parties are strictly prohibited this is a quiet residential area not suitable for events - Extra guests are not allowed unless previously authorised - Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property - We do not allow the use of candles ethanol burners or any other naked flame items. This is a safety precaution to help us prevent a fire starting in the home - Respect for neighbours is highly appreciated. Please keep the noise down especially after 10pm - It is not permitted to charge electric vehicles using the property`s electricity supply.

We stayed here for 4 nights with our teen and 2 dogs. Probably the best equipped kitchen we've ever had when staying in a holiday cottage. Great to have washer dryer in the unit. Perfect location on the park as views across fields are wonderful to sit and look at. 5 mins from Dartmouth and a nice walk on the doorstep. Only complaint is no mirror in master bedroom so take one along!
I stayed for five nights with my daughter and a small dog. The photos give a good impression of the chalet which is bright and tastefully decorated. The lounge is spacious enough for an evening in if it's raining. The bathroom is also a good size with a top of the range shower. The kitchen is small but well equipped. You will find every utensil and piece of cooking equipment you could wish for if you plan to cook for yourself. The bedrooms are functional but not spacious. Norton Park has about 200 chalets which are reasonable spaced from each other. There are no particular amenities apart from a large grassy area big enough for playing a game of cricket or throwing a ball for your dog. There is an hourly bus service into Dartmouth which can be useful since there is no long term parking in Dartmouth. Definitely recommended.
