"I stayed at this resort in Mar 2026. It is clean, quiet, & secluded. All staffs greeted us with a smile at all time, and they even personalized our 25th anniversary with decoration and a custom made key chain; a small but meaningful gesture. Room service & turn down service were great. Pool and beach are clean. The only thing that needs improvement is the food; it was not bad, but not eye opening either. We will definitely consider going back if we can."

"S’ekar Pinang is a wonderful place. It’s located in a more quiet remote area, while at the same time being only about a 10 min drive away from the very popular Pantai Cenang. The facilities (pool, aircon, rooms, living area etc )were of high quality and very inviting. The personnel (Wan and crew) at the place did everything in their power to make sure we had a great stay and were very flexible and willing to personalise. Absolute recommend!"

"Beautiful property, spacious rooms, gorgeous pool with a waterfall. The food and drinks were really good and the staff friendly and welcoming. The only thing I didn't like was the lounge and cabana furniture was stained and looked dirty. I thought it brought down the otherwise very luxurious feel of the hotel. "

"Really nice rustic accommodation. We really enjoyed the natural elements of the traditional stilted bungalow. We had gekko running around inside, and squirrels, cats, dogs playing outside. The outdoor bathroom is a really nice touch. Staff were super friendly and kind, they would deliver complimentary ice water and fruit when we were swimming in the pool. Housekeeping kept the place tidy, but we didn’t ever meet them. If your after something different from your usual sterile unremarkable hotel...

"really nice place, in the countryside but near to all attractions! with locally hired scooters can get around the whole island in a short time! the owners are wonderful people ready to help you for anything! very clean rooms (every day changed towels and sheets)! if you are looking for a quiet place to relax you've found it! "At first the property seemed to be in a strange location (behind a car park) but we came to appreciate the calm quiet area. Close enough to the beach for a quick stroll down and far enough away you won’t be disturbed when the town comes to life at night! We loved the pool. Very clean throughout. No breakfast available sadly. "
