Staff are great. They were very accommodating and polite. Unfortunately, use of pool area was charged separately, they said that the only inclusion in our booking was the room and breakfast.

WAS or could be a great property , but our chalet which was nice was very dated and in need of some repairs , not fancy at all , just functional .internet comes n goes ..and very slow can not stream anything . TV was very small and it worked just part of the time and had just a few basic channels to watch .breakfast was ok for free . The main pool which was why we came was closed and has been closed for almost 2 years as well as all of the amusement rides . Had many play ground activities for kids but very dirty not cleaned and need repair or maintainance . The big slide pool was ok , the slide was not so big , the water was cold and over chlorined. Kids did not want to go back again. If you have a large family with many kids on a budget and not needing fancy place , it would work . But for us we were disappointing in the facilities , I don't know why they can not fix a few rides or get main pool working at least as a pool with no waves would be fine too. Place could be so wonderful ..sad they can not invest and bring it back to its glory days . Or find a sponsor to run the pool separately.

Don't waist your money. Everything is under maintenance and you have to pay extra for everything. Pool package only included if you get breakfast, waist of time and money. Avoid at all costs.

Die Anlage ist sehr heruntergekommen und viele der angegebenen Attraktionen sind seit Jahren ausser Betrieb. Alles zerfällt. Richtig schade, weil der Ort sehr schön wäre.
