Great vacation. Home

Check in was easy,home was clean and contact with host was easy and he responded quickly. My only suggestion would be to offer cleaning products so we can clean up a bit after ourselves. Also there was no cooking pans for in oven. We had to go out and find baking sheets for oven. Overall we had an amazing big vacation and would definitely return here.

We’ve rented this home twice, each time for a month. Big, roomy, and clean there is plenty of room for extended family to visit. Juan (the owner) is great to work with. Everyone loved the pool!

Perfect Orlando Getaway

Located in Davenport which made it a quiet and private location. We found multiple routes to Disney that avoided getting onto I-4. The house backs up to natural Florida land which made it nice to enjoy the pool and back deck even more. Juan was an excellent host and VERY responsive when needed. House was beautiful with walk in showers everywhere. The king suites also had garden tubs. Really great stay!!

Great place!

Juan was very responsive & accommodating. House was clean & cozy. Lots of things such as plenty of towels, pool floats, dishes, etc that most places don't provide. Will definitely stay here again in the future!

Home away from home

We enjoyed this home. We had Thanksgiving dinner and everything we needed was in the home (cooking utensils). The property manager went over and beyond and I definitely will be booking again.

relaxing getaway

Awesome house - huge! Best part - all the bathrooms! Worst part - no cookie sheets/baking pans or pot holders or metal tools for grill ( need a metal spatula) pots & pans need replacing - Juan responded promptly with any concerns. Would rent it again👌👍

Excellent stay

We really enjoyed out stay, the house was just as described, it was clean and the host was great. I really appreciated the quick response to my questions. We had such a good time that we wanted to re-book for the summer but unfortunately the house is already booked. Hopefully we will get a chance to stay again in the future.

Disney Vacation

The property was located in a convenient spot for Disney and Universal. The property manager Juan was extremely helpful and constantly in contact with us. He did a great job. The bedroom set up was perfect for a family of 10. I would stay here again.

This is an amazing house.

This house was amazing. Huge house, lots of room. The garage with the pool table and foosball table was great for evenings to hang out in. The pool was great and we even got to see a turtle a few days who had a nest in the woods behind us. Would definitely stay here again. Juan was great to work with, he always responded very quickly to any questions we had. Probably the best host I have had so far.

Nice house & pool, great subdivision!

Would definitely recommend renting this house for a relaxing get away! The decor is nicely done & the photos of the place are accurate. The subdivision is peaceful and great for walking with beautiful scenery. Love the new Publix that is a couple miles from the location. Thank you to Juan for being a pleasure to work with!

Most beautiful comfortable home ever!

We have stayed in many homes in this area and this was by far the most beautiful and most comfortable one of all!! It is also so well stocked, both the kitchen and the linen closet. The pool was lovely, the beds all comfortable, and the entire home spacious and bright. I just can not say enough about this home!! Thank you Juan for hosting us and being so attentive. We definitely will try and rent this home again :)

Great villa for all the family!

Juan was an exceptional host, and our entire family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at his property. We were a group of 12 (8 adults and 4 children), and the home accommodated us perfectly. The spacious layout provided plenty of room for everyone to relax together, while still offering enough space for privacy when needed. The pool area was a particular highlight, offering a large, inviting space where the whole family could unwind and enjoy the sunshine. While we encountered a few minor issues, Juan addressed them immediately, ensuring our stay was seamless. The only downside for us was the location, as we're accustomed to being closer to Disney. However, this was only a slight difference in distance, and if that’s the only drawback, it’s clear that Juan has done an amazing job with his property.

Family Vacation

My family and I stayed for two weeks over Christmas. The host was great!! Very responsive and helpful. The house is beautiful. Looked just as pictured . The only downfall we came across was the driveway . If you drive larger vehicles, driveway will not fit four . The kitchen was equipped but could use better cooking pans and utensils. But all in all our stay was amazing!

We couldn't have asked for a more convenient location for visiting Orlando. The property was immaculate! The manager was the most responsive manager we have ever had the pleasure to correspond. Response times were under 10 minutes regardless of time of day. Property location within gated community provided an overall atmosphere of quietness after the busyness of Orlando. We'll definitely be visiting again and staying in this location without a doubt!

Great for large families, nice location

Our family was visiting the grandparents, who live in Polk County, as well as the Disney parks during Spring Break. The house was conveniently located, about 30-40 min drive from the Disney parks, and close to our family. It is part of a gated resort community, and offers plenty of space for a large family or 2 families, or family gatherings. The property was very clean. The pool was well maintained (the pool cleaner stopped by while we were away). There are TVs in every room. Publix supermarket and gas stations are conveniently close to the resort community, which is a plus if you plan to cook meals. Although traffic to the place can get congested during rush hours, it is a great choice if you plan to visit the area and want to stay away from the Orlando-Kissimmee traffic and noise.

Wonderful Property

My family and I stayed at this property July 12-17 and I must say, we were very pleased with everything about the house. Check-in was smooth and easy and when you first come in the door, this house is beautiful. Very clean and spacious. There were more than enough pots and pans and dishes for our entire family. We didn’t have to run out and purchase anything except food. We had a small issue trying to get the LED lights in the garage to work. I called the property manager and the owner responded personally letting us know someone would be there shortly. The person arrived within 10 minutes and took care of it right away. We would definitely recommend this home for your future stays and we will be staying here again next time we are in the Orlando area.

Good House in very secure area

We spent a week with our family in the house. It is a wonderful resort, and very save. Overall the house was very good. There is plenty of room and a game room, that our son enjoyed. The pool has a very good size. Our only negativ point : The cleanliness could certainly be better, but we are used to Swiss standard. Under the furniture it was not cleaned, some of the bed covers were not washed, had staines on them we had to wash them first. The pool table needs to be vacuumed as well. Beside and behind the washing machine and dryer it was very filthy. Outside wasn't cleaned, we had to sweep the floor first on the pool deck. All bathrooms could use a renovation and a deep cleaning. Also the pool pump was a mystery, we never heard it running. There was dirt collecting in the area that should actually suck the water in to clean. It just took a lot more time to clean the water with the net. So if this house would get a deep cleaning, it would be the perfect house, and then we would stay there again.

Wonderful

The first thing my husband said when we walked in was that this house was too nice for us, lol. It is so big and roomy. We are a family of 6, and everyone had their own room and bathroom. Pool was a great size and lots of room for all of us to sit and lay out. BBQ was great we have stayed at homes that didnt have one and really missed it. Jaun was quick to reply to every question we had. Would recommend this home.
