"Perfect stay"

"We stayed for 2 nights at this hotel. It was conveniently situated where you can easily walk around the whole city center ans thankfully there was onsite parking so that was a plus. Good restaurants and shopping was nearby and the view of Edinburgh Castle was awesome. The only item to note is while you have a balcony its not acceptable and the window only opens a few inches. That wasn't mentioned in the description. We didn't partake in any meals at the hotel because we wanted to explore the city. Also because you are so close to everything it's not quite in the evening but that's to be expected. All in all we had a decent stay."

"Breakfast okay. Regular English options. Room cleanliness needs work, a bit of a hoover and dusting around ends would be great. Shower curtain was mouldy at the bottoms so that was a bit gag inducing. Shower itself pressure okay. Room was noisy at nights as could hear the plumbing for everyone's shower. Constant sounds. 2 single beds, nice, clean sheets, comfy pillows. All in all okay for price and distance into Edinburgh was good. Within walking distance to Dean village if you have that on your check list."
