Davos: Apartment block "Guardaval (Utoring)". In the resort, in a central, quiet, sunny position on a slope, 1 km from the lake, 300 m from the skiing area. For shared use: indoor pool. In the house: reception, lounge with TV, WiFi, sauna (extra). Playroom, lift, storage room for skis, central heating system, washing machine (for shared use). Bread roll service and beverage service. Narrow motor access to the house. Roofed, parking (limited number of spaces, extra), communal covered parking (extra). Shop 300 m, restaurant 300 m, bus stop, railway station "Davos Dorf" 400 m, indoor swimming pool 1 km, bathing lake 1 km. Mountain railway, skisport facilities, slopes, ski school, sled run 1.5 km, cross country ski track, ice rink 300 m. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Parsenn 300 m, Jakobshorn 1.5 km. The building is located upstream of the resort of Parsenn mountain and offers beautiful view. Parking + garage (reservation on arrival).

Toller Pool und netter Hauswart! Wohnung könnte eine Sanierung vertragen (Badezimmer und Dampfabzug Küche). Zu Fuss waren wir mit 2 kleinen Kindern jeweils 15-20 Minuten unterwegs zur Skischule Bünda.

Haus wurde 1972 erbaut; Wohnungseinrichtung, Küche und Bad seither nicht erneuert; lediglich Fußbodenbeläge getauscht und Wände gestrichen; uralte fleckige und kaputte Arbeitsplatte in Küche; uralte Badewanne mit rauhem Boden; kein ausreichendes Licht im Bad; uralte harte Matratzen; am schlimmsten waren die uralten fleckigen und stinkenden Kopfkissen und Bettdecken; vielen Dank an die Hausverwaltung, die neue Kissen und Decken zur Verfügung stellte

Ich war schon mehrmals im Guardeval. Die Lage des Hauses ist m.E. Sehr gut. Die Ferienwohnungen sind zweckmäßig ausgestattet und absolut in Ordnung. Lediglich die Badezimmer könnten mal modernisiert werden.
