Changeover Day: Saturday (Saturday–Saturday bookings only)
No under 25s
No single-sex parties / hen or stag groups
No pets
No smoking inside the property
Guests are required to test the spa pool daily using provided kits.
Cancellation terms apply — please request a copy prior to booking.
No refunds or transfer of bookings under any circumstances.
Guests are required to pay a £500 security deposit, this will be refunded after 7 days if no damage occurs.
