This seems like a hotel that has seen better days. The new owners are working to make it better and it shows. They are very polite and helpful. Also they own the hamburger restaurant across the street from the hotel and the food was so good you must have their hamburgers when you stay in this hotel. The beds were good the water could have been hotter but was sufficiently warm in the air conditioner didn't make any weird noises.

The bedding and towels were fresh smelling and clean. That is what's most important. There were things lacking. There were no cups available in the room. If you want cups or coffee you go to the gas station across the street and they offer it free even though they were hesitant, it seemed. The AC unit did not blow cold air but it did work as a fan. The bathroom window had a home made towel curtain that did not fit the window potentially being exposed to the parking lot behind the motel for a convenience store. The TV didn't work for us. The staff were friendly. We had to call them on the phone, though, to meet us at the office when we got in early evening.

The property was easy to find on the main road. The office staff person was very cordial. The room itself needs a deep cleaning and new carpet. Lots of stains, holes in the walls, etc. The sheets were crisp and clean and the area is very quiet even though it is next to the road. I would not stay here again.
