Direct ocean front view 1 bedroom OPEN POOL

One bedroom apartment in a fantastic location on Daytona beach, with direct ocean view!
One bedroom with queen bed and 2 full bathrooms. Sleeper chair and sofa in living room. There is a 58” smart tv in living room and 50” smart tv in bedroom.

There are 2 pools on the property the one on the northern end of the property is open. The other is under construction.

Accessibility: There are limited accessible features available for disabled guests at the present time.

Parking included for 1 vehicle.
Rental comes with key fob for pool and beach access.

Rental agreement needs to be e-signed before check in & ID submitted for security. Info will not be shared. Please note that the lead Guest must sign the rental agreement and the ID supplied must contain the same name and address as the credit card provided for the booking. If the lead guest is not paying for the booking, the person who is paying must sign the rental agreement and provide a copy of their ID, and their name and address should match the name on the credit card. Oceanfront condo

The unit has a beautiful view! It was very clean and nicely furnished. It was great to have a second bathroom. The one pool was open and had nice lounge chairs with cushions. If you’re familiar with Daytona beach you will expect some craziness but it felt very safe here, the beach was patrolled often. The only downside was the closest elevator was out of order, but I could easily take the stairs. It is an older building and nothing fancy but if you want to be right on the beach you can’t beat it!
