"It’s about 2 steps above an hourly motel. Most of the occupants looked like individuals just getting by… with all their belongings in their vehicles and in front of the motel doors. I had to sign additional forms regarding deep fat fryers, cooking supplies, pets and daily inspections. "You can tell they are trying to upgrade an old facility. The room itself was half done, the flooring and the bathroom were new (AMAZING shower). The rest of the room was a bit dated but still comfortable. The elevator "broke" during out stay, we think it was just an excuse to keep all the kids that were staying that weekend from playing in it. The breakfast was probably the saddest part. Hard boiled eggs, waffles, cereal and some fruit. No meat or scrambled eggs. Also it was from 6-9, super early and super short time frame. The staff treated our dog so well!! They all made sure to say HI to her and not once did we feel that she was not welcome like we have at other places that were "dog friendly" We are already planning 2 more trips to Lewiston and will book here again!"

"Good value for money, very clean, convenient in-town location. Concrete walkways around the pool area needed repainting and had many cracks. Could do with a little refreshing. Hot tub was residential-type, seats 6, but very clean and in an enclosed space with benches for cooling off/ drying off. Basic hot breakfast included with stay: eggs, sausage, a few forms of bread and cold cereals, yogurts and one or two juices. Available at 5 a.m.! Coffee: just alright, but available at blink a.m. They skipped housekeeping our room which really annoyed me because we had used all but one towel. We left for the day at 9:30 a.m. but evidently that was late departure for the housekeeping team. Overall I'd call the place not bad at all, which is a compliment."

"Very nice and well appointed home. We stayed during WSU Family weekend so we spent most of our time in Pullman, but the house had me wishing we had more downtime to just relax and enjoy the space. It was even very tastefully decorated for fall - and we even arrived to a basket of snacks which was very welcome after driving all day from SW Washington. I would definitely stay here again."

"The rooms were clean and roomy--a little chilly when we got there. The heater warmed it up, but had a hard time controlling it. So we ended up turning it off for the rest the night. The staff was adequate, although we had a hard time understanding our check-in clerk, due to dialect. Very friendly and accomodating. Offering fresh coffee, pleasant conversation and information of the area. We were taken aback for breakfast though--a brown bag breakfast, while the site said continental breakfast. It was adequate though: a bottle of juice, a breakfast wrap, an apple and a one other item. But then again, it was right next to a truck fueling station--and people are on the go, so it was quite fitting."

"Our hostess was very considerate and caring. The property was beautiful and quiet as we wanted. I would ask that the blankets and sheets be washed in a scent free soap and that nothing with an artificial scent be in the room. I am very sensitive to artificial scent as many people can also be."
