To the rear, a lovely private garden with a lawn offers a great place to have morning coffee in the sunshine or an evening glass of wine as the sun goes down. With the dog friendly beach just moments away and the gentle charm of Kingsdown all around, this delightful cottage is perfectly placed for a classic seaside stay and one that you'll want to return to time and time again.

A good size dining room with a dining table and seating for six people. There is also a small sofa in this room. A patio door leads to the garden.

Kitchen galley style with freestanding fridge/freezer, electric hob and oven, dishwasher and microwave. There is a Nespresso Vertuo coffee machine. A stable door leads to the garden.
Utility
Useful utility area with a washing machine, tumble dryer and storage space. There is a drying rack too.

Bathroom with a large walk in shower, basin and WC.
First floor
Bedroom
Sleeps 2, with Kingsize bed, side tables and lamps. Fitted wardrobe, chest of drawers and desk mirror.

There is an enclosed garden with a lawn area, outdoor table and chairs and a gate leading to the beach down a pebble pathway.
Parking
Free parking on a driveway to the left of the property for two cars, and further free on road parking on the road or on Kingsdown beach.
Accessibility
The bathroom is on the ground floor, and bedrooms are on the first floor. The stairs are carpeted with a handrail on one side.

Please note check out is 10am. Please ensure you vacate on time to allow our housekeepers to enter the property and prepare it for the next guests.
Smoking is not permitted in the property at any time.
Please note for insurance purposes the number of guests must not exceed the total occupancy of the house.
For fire safety reasons please do not use any candles in the property.
Please be respectful to neighbours. Quiet hours are between 11pm and 9am.
Parties and loud music are not permitted.
