  • Come and stay in the Passenger Room of the Historic Deary Train Depot! 100 year old, beautifully finished wood floors, state-of-the-art chef’s kitchen and luxurious bathroom are all yours to enjoy. If you have more than 2 guests, you can also rent the Stationmaster Room which is also located in the Depot. Your stay comes with complimentary access to The Freight Room, a fully equipped coffee and reading lounge located in The Depot. Hike out the back door up nearby Spud Hill and then come home to relax in the oversize clawfoot tub. Walking distance to the Pie Safe Bakery and Brush Creek Creamery where you will find coffee, pastries, brick oven pizza, sandwiches and award winning cheese. We can’t wait to host you!

This was one of the cleanest vrbo I have ever stayed in. Very comfortable bed and overall nice accommodations! Note: the refrigerator and freezer are cleverly hidden in the kitchen cabinetry. I would definitely stay again.

Check-in and out was simple and quick. Decor, style and design was perfect for the space. We felt comfortable and at home. The bathtub was perfect for relaxing and the bed was one of the most comfortable I've ever slept in. Our host went above and beyond to make our stay perfect, even leaving us a gift We will definitely highly recommend!!!

The host double booked the train depot room we rented. He offered to move us to a different property he had. I request to see pictures to make sure it was a good fit for us, the pictures he sent did not show the kitchen, however he did tell us it had a kitchen. We considered just cancelling and getting our money back all together and renting a campEr with everything we needed for the weekend but the host had said ” we will partially refund you” for the inconvenience of all of this. We ultimately decided if we were going to save money then it would be worth it to switch to this other property. We had picked the train depot for many reasons, biggest one was location and the FULL size kitchen. We arrived at our new location for the weekend and realized it was not an actual kitchen. It had a small sink, toaster oven and tiny fridge. But again knowing that we will we are saving money made it worth it. We spent our own money buying groceries so we could use the oven and cook food to save money for the weekend. We also ended up driving back and forth to town since my family was there. I should have asked specifically what the host meant when he said we will partially refund you. After the weekend I received a 50.00 refund. I honestly thought it was an error at first. This day and age 50.00 is nothing and absolutely does not match the downgrade in size, amenities and inconvenience. I messaged host 3 weeks ago who said “ I’m happy to refund more”. Host is now not responding to me.
