Quiet, clean, efficient chain hotel. Good Breakfast with Anglo-Saxon hot options; very friendly and helpful staff. Hard to fault. However, I got the impression the mattress had some kind of topper on it that made the bed very squidgy and hot. Free wifi turns out to be an email harvesting job (I just think that's a distinction that should be pointed out) ostensibly for their loyalty programme.

It has been - overall- a satisfying experience once again. Contrary to last time our rooms were smaller (no balcony). Unfortunately they started renovation works on our floor. Lots of noise, dust and workers!!!

La chambre est très bien. En revanche le lobby est tout petit et vieillot. L espace petit déjeuner est également très petit. La vue parc est très belle. Le personnel est très accueillant.

L’hôtel est très bien placé pour visiter Dauville et Trouville. Le personnel est très agréable et au petit soin. Cependant la chambre qui nous a été attribué était très exiguë (bien plus petite que les photos et la surface annoncée) et inconfortable pour un séjour de 3 nuits.

Tout simplement honteux. Nous sommes revenus dans cet hôtel où nous avions nos habitudes, Quelle erreur. Plus de 200€ la nuit pour une chambre non climatisée, sale, à la moquette tachée et où le plafonnier/ventilateur est recouvert d’une épaisse couche de poussière mêlée à quelques araignées. Les murs sont sales, la douche est bouchée, la télé est tordue bref rien ne va. Passons à la literie, j’en ai pour au moins 3 mois de kine pour faire disparaître le mal de dos qu’elle m’a procuré, le matelas doit avoir au moins 10 ans, les ressorts sont à deux doigts de transpercer le matelas. Bien évidemment aucun geste de la direction qui promet que ses chambres seront rénovées en hiver (quel culot de dire cela) ni changement de chambre, ni geste commercial, ni même un petit déjeuner offert. Clou du spectacle, un appel a 12h05 pour nous presser de libérer la chambre. Allez a l’ibis style vous économiserez des sous pour un hôtel bien meilleur ou encore au Novotel pour le même prix vous aurez du luxe. En tout cas fuyez cet endroit.
