Room was clean, quiet, had a smart TV and is in a pretty good location. 3 restaurants and a market in the same complex. with many other restaurants in walking distance. Good for a short term stay, I would have stayed longer myself but couldn’t come to terms with rate increase from $55 a night to $96. If you can lock it in at the lower rate long term it meets basic needs!

I stayed 2 nights at New Harmon Loop to take an online exam. Wifi was a little unstable late in the night, but I had no problem when I took an exam in the morning. There are restaurants in the same building, just outside of the hotel, McDonald's right across the hotel, and other restaurants just around the corner. I would recommend this hotel to people like me.

Awesome experience! Staff is super nice and helpful. Check in and extending my stay was super easy. Taxi service is very quick to the location. Shopping and food are right around the corner.

The rooms are ok and this has been the hotel I go to on my business trips that require overnight stay in Guam. It is convenient--has a convenient store that opens late, dining options nearby, ATM across the street and laundromat located at the back. I just hope the hotel will have their own washing machines or laundry service, pick up and drop off at airport, and maybe elevator for second floor. But overall it is great for overnight stay and I will come back!
