Way overpriced for what you get Same room and furniture from the 70s Outdated, old funky carpet, peeling paint Creepy ppl hanging outside. The room was clean the cleaners did the best they could with what they are working with. In the future I will pay a little extra to get a proper hotel.

I stayed 2 nights at New Harmon Loop to take an online exam. Wifi was a little unstable late in the night, but I had no problem when I took an exam in the morning. There are restaurants in the same building, just outside of the hotel, McDonald's right across the hotel, and other restaurants just around the corner. I would recommend this hotel to people like me.

The location is very convenient, with food places and a convenience store nearby. If you need something, the staff are helpful and responsive. I requested a few things during my stay and they handled them properly and professionally. Considering the price, I think it’s reasonable and fair for what you get. Overall, it was a comfortable and convenient place to stay.

Room was clean, quiet, had a smart TV and is in a pretty good location. 3 restaurants and a market in the same complex. with many other restaurants in walking distance. Good for a short term stay, I would have stayed longer myself but couldn’t come to terms with rate increase from $55 a night to $96. If you can lock it in at the lower rate long term it meets basic needs!

Room, shuttle, and hotel in general were horrible. The room was very basic and was the shuttle was non-existent. I called for the shuttle as soon as we got out of the airport and they told me to take a taxi due to them not having a shuttle available due to staffing. They did not offer any taxi services so we grabbed the first one we could get. Once we got there we asked again about the shuttle for our morning flight and they again told us to take a taxi. We asked if there was a cheaper option and they laughed when we told them about the taxi we took to get to the hotel. On the front desk the shuttle was offered from 4pm-7am for $17/person, which a cost was not on the website. They finally gave us a number for a taxi service that was slightly cheaper. The hotel was a disaster construction tape everywhere. The room had loose wires hanging on the walls, there was no second lock on the door, and the blinds let a lot of light. There were stains on the comforter as well. Overall, Not impressed.
