Secluded Lake Cottage in Northern Wisconsin
For your next get-away consideration is our quaint but spacious lake cottage. Situated on a peninsula, it offers 750 feet of shoreline on a non-motorized lake in Langlade County --the “County of Trails”. When exploring the Northwoods, we are conveniently a mile off Hwy 45, offering quick access to surrounding areas, activities and amenities. If rest and relaxation is your goal, the screened porch, with its view, has been described as the “favorite room” and has no close neighbors. A full-sized kitchen allows for home-cooked meals. A rowboat and paddle boat are available for use. While not a premier fishing destination, previous guests have enjoyed dropping a line for leisure. Water is clean for swimming and there is a pier; however, there is no sandy beach. We know the Northwoods offers many great rental options, thank you for your interest in reviewing ours and look forward to your booking.

Our stay at this cottage was perfect. Peaceful and quite. No loud neighbors, The area was beautiful. This cottage was everything that was stated. It was only a few minute drive into Antigo for restaurants, and shopping.
It was very relaxing. The house and property were clean, well kept and great location for a little fishing and watching wildlife. The county highway was little noisy at times but overall we couldn’t have asked for a better stay.
This is our second time staying here. We will be staying again. It such a wonderful, quiet getaway. There's hiking, museums, wildlife galore, fishing, boating. The weather cooperated and we enjoyed everything.
This was an amazing location. Private yard and water surrounding the property was perfect. Home could use a little updating, but no complaints. Bring your floaties and get lost in nature!
Perfect little cottage for our quick getaway (1 adult and 2 teens). Clean, quiet, and comfortable. Fishing was the highlight of the trip. Easy fishing from the dock and many hours spent in the row boat. We loved every minute of our stay.
We had an amazing stay. Being surrounded by water with no neighbors was just the place we were looking for. We brought our own canoe and enjoyed the easy water access. The cottage was close enough to Antigo if any supplies were needed . It was quite, peaceful and a good recharge for the soul.
A lovely, well-appointed cottage/home on a clean and quiet lake in the woods. The hosts were incredibly helpful when we had questions or needed something. We really hated to leave and hope to book again. Thank you for sharing your beautiful property.
We had a great week at the cottage. This is our second visit & did not disappoint, all was clean & comfortable. We enjoyed relaxing on the porch as well as some fishing. great getaway, very peaceful & private. Thanks for sharing your cottage!

We really enjoyed our stay. Although we could see houses on the lake, there were none directly next to us. Property was clean and gas fireplace was an added bonus. Nice screened in porch for viewing the lake and backyard. Lots of panfish to catch from the dock or provided rowboat. A great place to relax and unwind.
We had a great time at this cabin! It was very clean and comfortable. The weather was mostly cool and overcast but we still managed to explore Jack Lake Recreation area three days in a row— hiking, biking and fishing. We enjoyed kayaking on the lake there at the cabin. My husband even caught a few pan fish on the lake. Thank you for sharing your cabin with us . We enjoyed ourselves.
Well maintained and clean cabin located off the road on a small peninsula. You wouldn't know you were on a county road. Perfect getaway weekend for my wife, 2 dogs and I.
Small no motor lake. 2 small boats and a dock available. We didn't fish but there were plenty jumping.
Outside fire pits were nice and convenient. Inside gas fireplace was a favorite for the wife for the cool evenings.
With the exception of towels (as advertised) everything we needed was available. Utensils, coffee machine (even filters), ice, charcoal grill, etc. Owner answered our few questions promptly.
We wouldn't hesitate to stay again.
Nice clean, quiet, cozy 2 bed cabin on a small lake in Wisconsin. Enjoyed our stay disconnected from the world. Quick drive into town for supplies. Fun catch and release fishing. Campfires at night. Relaxing stay.
