"The valet parking is not optional and costs $30/day. The valet staff was friendly and prompt, check-in was smooth and easy, breakfast was good, and the in-room coffee was the best I've ever had. Overall, great little hotel, would have rather not been surprised by the valet parking situation."

"(All in my opinion). Upon arrival we were given a king bed when I reserved a room for two beds. Had to go back to switch to the correct room and come to find out the shower didn’t work and no hot water to boot. Had to go back to the desk and get the first room again. Of course, the hot water was a hotel issue but the next morning the counter person said it was a city issue too. Don’t think the city supplies hot water, just the water. Also reserved this room thru Expedia which said all taxes and fees included. However, the hotel charges $15 a night for parking. Someone needs to get it straight. One thing if I know about parking fees up front, but being told on site is another. Also the carpets had a lot of stains. Would I go back? Definitely not. I don’t recommend their services! Thank you!"

"Excellent location for central Boca raton, lots of great places to eat locally. A great property and all the amenities we used were great (including a laundry room on 3rd floor!!) a guy called Pete greeted us daily by the lobby. A lovely guy and a happy first impression to the hotel. Bravo Marriott BR town centre for including everyone "

"The place was overall all not bad. But there were a few downfalls. We checked in on a Saturday and maybe just how the trash pick goes when we got there the trash can in front of the house was overflowing and beer bottles on the yard. And when trash day came Monday the trash people didn’t pick it up because it all wasn’t contained in the trash can so then it continued to sit there for a couple more days. Same thing with the pool. We got there Saturday and the pool and the deck were covered with leaves and debris. The pool cleaner didn’t come until Friday. So that was pretty disappointing because it was nice after the deck was cleared off but almost the entire week we stayed we didn’t even really want to sit out there because it felt dirty and messy. Another downfall was the seating in the living room. There is only one couch and it is extremely uncomfortable. The bedroom were great. The beds were fairly comfortable. Kitchen was fine. Communication with the owner was non existent. I tried to reach out several times before our stay to see if they had certain things at the house to accommodate us. Never got a response back. I reached out again once we got there about the trash and beer bottles in the front yard… again never got a response back to me. So that was really disappointing. It wasn’t a completely terrible experience but it definitely could have been better had the owner had the trash and pool cleaned and communicated with us. I wouldn’t stay here again. "
