Staff is undertrained. They didnt program the keycard correctly, twice. I asked nicely if I could eat a deli sandwich i had with me given my family would buy dinner and drinks. The manager, Daniel, came out and said "thats a hard no.". Not even "sorry we are not allowed", just in a blunt and rude way. The beds and sheets ans towels are all good but the Hilton name used to mean something and it doesnt anymore. Chains like Loews kick Hiltons behind in service and training.
