The rooms were small, bathrooms slippery, water supplied unclean. Food in Restaurant was stale. Felt overcrowded in lobby, Restaurant. Entry and departure staff were professional and friendly.

Excellent hotel. Very clean and comfortable room convenient to the airport. Only stayed 1 night but I would definitely use them again. Staff was friendly and courteous. In room service was very good.

I did not request any room upgrade. However, the staff upgraded my room without my consent and charged me for it.
