Bloomrooms has been a good discovery for me. Very cozy, homely, and no-nonsense accommodation. I liked the concept very much that there is a lobby on every floor with basic ingredients like tea, coffee, and even a small library. Finally, the location was great, it was a serene place yet just walking distance from Connaught Place.

Great hotel

Clean place to stay in a good location. Was able to check in early without prior arrangnents but the hotel couldnt do enoigh for us! Aamir is a travel aganet located in the hotel - very helpful with good advice.

Unfortunately we couldn’t complete our stay but the staff were truly outstanding in helping us with a difficult health issue. We were extremely impressed. The hotel is lovely, very cost effective and fantastic location.

This is a basic hotel a step above a hostel. It was clean and safe. The staff were very kind. It was everything I needed at a great price. No frills but comfortable small rooms. Just what I needed and I would stay again.

Excellent Value Hotel

Situated close to Connaught place and the India gate. The rooms are quite small but comfortable. The level of cleanliness is high and staff helpful. The small restaurant serves a selection of both Western and Eastern food at very reasonable prices. A nice touch are the free snacks and drinks on each floor The hotel is excellent value for money, we would definitely recommend and use again. Dave and Sally Yorks.

Good location and room condition, slightly overvalued given simplicity of accommodation, price mostly down to location. Communication with hotel in advance of trip was lacking with no response to any of my Hotels.com messages even after Hotels.com stepped in

Would be excellent without the bad smell

The rooms are clean, the staff very friendly and the location is good, within walking distance from the Metro and Connaught Place. However the main issue was that there was a foul smell from the bathroom at night and without a window to open it made for an unpleasant sleep as I kept being woken up by the smell. The second night we left the fan on all night and piled the towels against the gap in the bathroom door so it was much better. If they could fix this, I would have given them 4 stars as it was otherwise a good hotel.
Use the towels to block the space under the door to stop the bad smells

Backpacking hostel at exorbitant prices

This place is just one step above a backpacking hostel. The lobby looks fancy, but the rooms are very basic, but at least clean. The bathroom was almost as small as an airplane bathroom. The biggest drawback for me was the lack of amenities. There was no hairdryer in my room and when I asked for one, I was told that I could only get one for an hour, so I could only book one when I absolutely needed it. Not something I want to hear when I paid exorbitant prices for two rooms for four people. Breakfast was adequate but very basic.

This is an INCREDIBLE hotel for the price and area. Very modern, extremely clean, nice amenities. You have 24/7 access to get free bottles of water, mango and fruit juice, and some soy snacks, iced tea and coffee, and general amenities like combs and toothbrushes. Requests with the team can be submitted through a very technological and well designed online chat. The design identity of the hotel is siper well made and it was ja great experience overall. The breakfast was quite good as well. The only not amazing thing is that the area just outside the hotel entrance is a bit dodgy. I didnt feel unsafe, but its very different than when you walk 1min down the entrance and end up on one of the main streets, which are very clean and safe. Aside from that, great place!

Breakfast was pretty good. Accessibility is very good. Bathroom equipments seems to be little old like boiling water coming out of shower suddenly in the middle of a bath and/or the toilet flush button is too hard to press.
