Not bad experience...

Overall not bad experience, but logistics are not good, the name of "Check-in hotel" is a bit confusing, which we identified it was just the name of agency, not the name for the hotel. It is located in the center of Main bazaar but not clean plan in front of the hotel. For room, the hot water does not come out very well. The staff is kind though, which is a good thing!

The room is completely misrepresented. Very basic. No hot water for 2 days. When you get there by satnav the hotel doesn’t exist but we eventually found it a km away. Although I sadly booked 3 days I was given 1 bottle of water and told if I wanted more I wold have to pay for it. Plus no tea, coffee or milk. I would not recommend staying there.

Basic clean accommodation

Cheap hotel, so so location but in the middle of New Delhi. Area a little sketchy especially if your alone, and definitely not a place to be out much after 10 pm. Best thing about the hotel was the help, very nice and doing there best to make guests happy, with the amenities available. Room service available but very limited selections on ther listed menu. Realitvly clean, clean pillows, sheets and bathroom. Due to dishonest taxi drivers, we had them send a car for us at the airport and that made all very easy.
