Nice hotel

One night stay for onward journey. There was a person on reception who was particularly helpful called Arshil. He went above and beyond to assist us with various aspects of our stay.

Good price to value. Would be 5 stars except that other than reception staff very little English spoken. But generally A for effort. One of the best hotels in this price range that I’ve stayed at. Especially in the Karol Bagh area

It was a hotel that I needed for a night's stay but one night was sufficient! It's a budget hotel so say no more although I have stayed in much better accommodation than this with the same star rating. The cleaning needs to be stepped up in certain places. The drinks coasters, around the bathroom sink and food menu cover were filthy! You will need an adapter to charge multiple devices; I had to use the two pin charge by the hair dryer! The outside of the premises is noisy so ask for one of the back rooms.

The hotel is way over valued. The electrical outlets are not universal. There is no glass door to the shower area. Electrical wire hanging outside the wall. The room provided had no window and had strange smell to it. Requested the front desk for different room, They had none. Informed they would refresh the room but no one showed up to perform such service. Strongly recommend that Expedia should not advertise such hotels on their website.

We requested for 2 beds before and when we got there but they did not accommodate us . And the front desk person that helped us was rude and unprofessional . It seems like he wS irritated and was confrontational with me with about communication when he was angry and loud I. Front of workers and guest. The room was dirty , the towels they gave us was suppose to be white but it looked brown and looked dirty . Charged us for food that we did not eat there . Overcharged us . And we had to correct the bill . Terrible terrible . Then the front desk guy told me it’s Expedia’s fault . Was very dissatisfied
