Did not look remotely like the photos online, run down and tired. Hot water an issue until they turn it in from downstairs, better communication would be great. On arrival they were convinced we still needed to pay and only after spending time finding the bank receipt did they agree and check their own records. They did their best, staff were friendly and helpful.
