I recommend checking the property before booking. The pictures ARE NOT WHAT THE REAL PLACE IS LIKE. Had a horrible experince. No enough room to even walk in the narrow crevices, power outage and nasty bathrooms. Unkept and unhygienc rooms.

The bathroom was so dirty n room was not even clean..the flush button was broken in the washroom and with a dirty bucket to bath in the washroom..I actually went out to buy toothbrush n toothpaste because they said that hotel doesn’t provide it..it was a terrible experience staying there..I checked out a day prior to my check out because of their terrible services..I need a refund as I have never stayed at such a place..I have clicked few pictures as well

Washrooms and toilet was not clean, no towels and got only 2 towels after request for 5 people. Used sopes were in toilet. Bed sheets were not clean. Quelts were in bad shape. Only one pillow on double bed.

I paid at the beginning of stay, I thought i am done with payment. they provided 2 water bottles after I got into room, I thought it was part of stay. When I check out, they charged me 24% of tax of total stay and I also have to pay the water bottle, it was 3 tripled original price. I feel like that they are money-sucker... even though room was clean, I was not happy with all of their attitude.

Le stanze non hanno finestre, le lenzuola erano sporche, la camera puzzava di plastica bruciata (probabilmente non hanno mai fatto manutenzione al impianto del aria condizionata), la posizione indicata sulla mappa di Expedia è sbagliata (l'albero si trova nella strada principale e non in una perpendicolare). A mio parere non si merita le tre stelle indicate, ma una. The rooms don't have a windows, the sheets is dirty, the room smell like a burned plastic (probably they never did maintenance at the AC sistem), the position of the hotel on the Expedia map is wrong ( the hotel is located in the Main Street and not in a lateral street) I think three star is to much, one star is the correct evaluation.

- small room - very basic facilities - cleanliness can be improved - no windows + reception is nice + close to airport + room is quiet => in general, this is a hotel for 1 or 2 nights. For longer duration of stay, this hotel is not suitable. It might be to uncomfortable.

the staff didn't even helped me to book for a cab

I arrived earlier than what I had booked and asked for a room and they told me here was no room available for me and my wife, and suddenly when I started to get very angry they told they could give me another room and first told it would cost 2000 rupies, and suddenly because I complained it changed to 1000 rupies. We didin't understand, what was that. WIFI was useless, had no place for breakfast, o water in the room. And that night I asked for help for booking for a cab, their answer was, sure sr tomorrow you will have one, and the next mornin when we were leaving ther was no cab, and they told us they don't book for cabs, they don't have cabs, and like telling me the solution was go out to the street and find one. So I went out and got our cab. I never felt like this, this hotel is not for people who want to rest and be confortable.
