Excellent location just 5-10 min drive from Delhi T3. Front service staff extremely helpful and polite. We had breakfast here and I would say it has everything you can expect from a five star hotel. Late checkout was granted without any issues. Lobby and lounge area very good for relaxing and leisure. Overall very good hotel and experience.

I booked a twin bed but they gave me queen bed. I had to call them 4-5 times to fix it but they were unable to fix it until midnight that to i have to go personally to the front desk and wait there for almost 3 hours before they could fix it. The duty Manager seems to be clueless or he is not from the industry

Clean, well-staffed, good restaurants, and I appreciated the reusable glass water bottles. Yet, the rooms can use improvement - the rooms have very low lighting making it difficult to get ready in front of a mirror and there are no electrical outlets in the bathroom or near any mirror, so if you need to use a curling iron or other electrical item to get ready, then you will have a hard time in these rooms. There was also maintenance happening and my windows were covered in plastic making the room even darker and it was occasionally loud with maintenance noises, customers shouldn't be expected to to pay full price during the maintenance. But overall, clean and staff were great.

Utterly bewildering music being played on ground floor late for an airport hotel where people getting up early to catch flights. If I wanted to go to a rave I would have gone to a club in Delhi. Shocking idea

Nice stay, Value for money

Nice and warm stay, staff was helpful and friendly, excellent location, good restaurant with lot of food variety. Rooms were tidy and comfortable, few things need to be noticed like smoking room was without ash tray, no small hand towels in the bathroom.
