- NEW LISTING. Spacious 4 bedroom well maintained home located in the Catskill Mountains of Upstate, NY. House has one (1) car attached garage and driveway parking for additional vehicles. Situated on 4 acres of partially wooded property with a large all seasons sun room, outdoor fire pit/seating, lighted patios with BBQ grill, and social gathering/game room location. House is located 15 to 30 minutes from Cooperstown All-Star Village and Dreams Park locations, as well as a short distance to several local amenities/restaurants. The house is absolutely beautiful. The host is extremely helpful. Location is perfect! Easy drive to AllStar Village and Dream Park. Easy drive to the Hall of Fame. The house is stocked with towels in 2 nice bathrooms. Bedrooms are comfortable and living space plentiful. Cable TV with almost every channel. 5 star accommodations.Highly recommend for whatever you are in upstate NY for!!
