Great little hide away

This listing was just as described. Great walkable location, clean, and quiet. The property manager was great with communicating and answering questions. I would definitely stay here again.

Besides check-in stay was GREAT

As the title indicates our check in process was horrible. I was promised an early check in & while was able to get into the complex I was NOT provided the code to enter the house. I had been traveling with food that subsequently went bad because we had to wait to check in. I had tried to communicate directly with the host numerous times for well over an hour. I also contacted Vrbo who tried to contact the host but failed. I did Later find out the host and her child were ill and this is why she was not responding in the timely fashion that was promised. I hope to receive some sort of credit for the stay at least to compensate for the food that was wasted. Outside of this incident our stay was fantastic. The house albeit small was comfortable with all the updated amenities one could imagine. It was clean, neat and comfortable. The bed was amazing and there was ammple closet and storage space for our belongings. I especialky Loved the screened in porch. I yraveled With my daughters and we were able to stay and sleep comfortably. There is not an air mattress nor extra bedding, therefore if you have more than 2 guests I wiuld bring an extra pillow, sheets and comforter or blanket. Other than that just bring yourselves, clothes and personal extras! Have a GREAT stay!

Awesome

Always awesome !One downside- renters in next unit had two very loud dogs a few days that they left alone barking most of the time ! When they were there - they barked in the patio all day. It was very very disturbing. But not effective of the unit ! Maybe a plexi glass partition would be nice for privacy Besides that still rate it a ten !!!!!!! And I’ll be back

Overall, as advertised and no real complaints. The screen porch furniture could use a refresh and the charcoal grill is way past its prime, But the location is great and the place is very comfortable for 2 people.

Another Happy Stay

This was a great place for a Delray Beach Getaway. We enjoyed the seclusion of the adorable cottage, and you can walk to everything. We had a minor incident with the smoke detector (defective battery) in the middle of the night, but that was it. I would highly recommend this VRBO and we will definitely book it again.

Excellent place

This is my second time staying at this property. I stayed in a two bedroom bungalow in March and this time I stayed in a one bungalow the location is ideal. It is clean private and safe. Never had any issues no problems. I would have to say though, along with a few other reviews that there’s a faint smell that comes from the toilet and the sinks, but nothing that truly bothered me or would hinder me from staying there again —-and I absolutely will stay here again. The one bungalow was perfect for me. I had a friend that came up from Northern Florida that spent two nights. I think the only other suggestion would be to have some type of blinds when the glass doors over on the smaller bungalows because of a very very bright light shines right onto the bed and the couch justice suggestion again it did not bother me from staying there, I threw up a blanket on one door and on the bedroom curtains The hostess might want to give the door code in advance but she’s extremely prompt responding usually within five minutes if not less I will be back
