Beautiful spacious 5 bedroom, 4.5 bath house, with large heated pool, outdoor table with grill facilities for rent in sought after Lake Ida area in Delray Beach, FL. Beach 1.5 miles away. Buzzing Atlantic Ave with restaurants, art galleries only few blocks away. World renowned Delray Stadium and tennis center 2 miles away. Downstairs 2 bedrooms with en-suite bath (1 king and 1 twin over full bunk bed). Upstairs 3 bedrooms (1 bedroom with queen , 1 bedroom with 1 king beds and 1bedroom with 2 x twin). 2 brand new full bathrooms upstairs. Such an amazing stay!

A group of girlfriends stayed for a bachelorette party and we had a blast! The pool was a great place for us to hang out - it was clean and warm! The house is a perfect distance from all of DelRay's attractions like the beach and Atlantic Ave. Would recommend 10/10!

Delray house

Very conveniently located to Atlantic Ave and the beach, also close to CVS, Publix, etc. The house was a great size for our extended family of 10. Quiet, relaxing and cozy, with a well equipped kitchen. Pool was really fantastic with lots of pool toys! We had a few small hiccups that the host addressed right away. Overall we had a great stay!

I absolutely love this place! The property was extremely clean, in a great location and everything I expected it to be. The owner Colene was absolutely amazing, she was very kind and responded to any question we had almost immediately. I would highly recommend this property!!

Everything about the house was great. There was a stuffed drain in one of the bathrooms and they got someone out right away to fix it. Spacious & beautiful. Made for a very relaxing stay.

I'm so glad I ignored that one bad review because everything was great. Loved the warm pool and everyone had their own room. Lots of showers and Colene was a delight. Location is close to downtown Del Ray.

Birthday celebration

My sister in-laws joined me in Delray to celebrate my 70th. The house was perfect for our needs, we all had our own bedroom and space to hang out. The pool area was very nice and even when it rained we sat under the umbrella and played games. Beautiful neighborhood and easy access to the beach and restaurants. I would recommend this house and would happily return.

Great Birthday Weekend

Totterdale was the ideal place to gather our small family from various parts of the country to celebrate a very special birthday. The rooms were ideal, the kitchen had everything you would have in you own home, and the pool area was great during the day and a fun place to hang out in the evening. Add to that our gracious hostess, Colene. We will do it again!

We loved this cute and aesthetically pleasing place! We’ve been lovers of Delray Beach for a very long time and it was a great experience. My only suggestion would to have the pool a little colder in the hot summer months, but I still enjoyed it very much. It doesn’t change the overall review at all :)

Awesome Delray Beach Rental

This was the perfect house for a girl's trip to Delray Beach. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the spaciousness, cleanliness, and overall comfort of the property. Perfect Florida getawah

I went on a bachelorette trip with my friends and stayed at Colene’s home. Colene was very easy to communicate with and always responded in a timely manner.
