  • A well equipped studio apartment located one mile from the beach and one mile from the famous Atlantic Avenue with over 30 restaurants to choose from. Nice little place . Enjoyed the quiet . Across the street from French bakery . Walked to a wonderful breakfast and coffee . Less than 2 miles walk from great restaurant . Lovely place to stay . Quiet and relaxing.

Positive: Nice neighbourhood but a bit out of the way. The free bikes were essential at this location as we didn't have a car Negative: Description fails to mention that there is a busy railway line running right next to the property. Absolute minimum of crockery, pots, pans etc provided

Convenient and clean but awkward layout

The place was clean and conveniently located and communication was great. Unfortunately the layout of the space was just awkward so there was no comfortable place to watch the TV, the refrigerator door opened the wrong way making the kitchen difficult, the air conditioning unit was very loud but needed due to dampness, and there was limited natural light making it feel sort of cave-like. Overall it was comfortable enough and well-appointed but best if you plan to be out and about most of the time.

Susan the property manager is great!

Only complaint we had was the size of the water heater, ran out of hot water after only minutes and the bed was very uncomfortable. Everything else about the experience was awesome.
