Information

We got there late at night and it was really cold.We were freezing and no info how to turn the ac of and get some heat.We had to wait till next morning to call and get info how to work the mickie mouse remote control.No info on anything!!.We had to leave at 4.30AM to get the first plane from Alicante to madrid and was told to bring the keys to their office miles away in the dark.We could not find the office so we left it on the table and closed the door.All in all it was just ok

Nie wieder

Diese Unterkunft befindet sich in einer schönen Anlage, aber, wir würden diese Wohnung nie mehr mieten.Balkon Nordseite, daher keine Sonne. Parkplatz Unterstellplatz 200 m entfernt. WLAN eine Katastrophe. Zu Beginn unserer Übernahme mussten wir erst mal Handwerker anfordern, die die Schließung an der Balkontüre und das Rollo, das sich nicht herunter drehen ließ, repariert werden werden. Waschmaschine katastrophal, 800 Umdrehungen und wahrscheinlich auch noch defekt. Inventar sehr minimalistisch.

En líneas generales la experiencia fue buena, a destacar la limpieza y el estado de las cosas, como puntos negativos, el puesto de parking está demasiado lejos del apartamento, el wifi no sirve y la lavadora muy pequeña

La estancia bien, cómoda, amplia. Pero problemas con potencia eléctrica, sin luz en 4-5 ocasiones con solo poner la vitrocerámica, llamada a mantenimiento. Sin wifi, vino el técnico y no funcionaba. Poca luz en baños. Y el principal problema, mi estancia incluye parking y no pude utilizarlo al no saber la agencia en que parking, de los tres que existian, en el cual estaba mi plaza número 7. Me indicaron dos parkings y ninguno era el correcto. Sin solución. ...

Buen recuerdo en general, un matrimonio.

El check-in fue muy largo. Nos dieron las llaves y muy buenas indicaciones pero nadie nos acompañó. No nos indicaron la plaza de garaje asignada, y el mando de abajo no funcionaba..Aparqué arriba. No había donde colgar las toallas en los baños ni estanterías. El piso muy bien, amplio, camas confortables, limpio. La cocina nueva y los electrodomésticos funcionando bien. Solo el horno microondas pero nos pusieron uno nuevo.Urbanización y piscina limpias y muy cuidadas.Y un cava de obsequio.
