Very beautiful, very comfortable apartment block "Puerto Denia", renovated in 2021. In the centre of Dénia, in a central, sunny position, 50 m from the sea. In the house: lift. Public car park. Shop 50 m, restaurant, bar 20 m, bakery 50 m, café 20 m, pedestrian zone 10 m, pub garden 20 m, bus stop 200 m, railway station 1 km, ferry 1 km, sandy beach "Playa de les Marines" 700 m. Sports harbour, surf school, sailing school 400 m. Nearby attractions: Castillo de Dénia 750 m, Marqués de Campos 50 m. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

Bright, renovated in 2021, very beautiful and tasteful furnishings: living/dining room with digital TV, air conditioning and forced-air heating. 1 room with 1 french bed (140 cm, length 190 cm). Open kitchen (oven, 3 induction hot plates, toaster, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. Marvellous view of the sea and the port. Dirty Denia apartment

Brown spots on towels and bed spread and single bed cover. Human bodily fluids stains. No toilet paper. Horrible smell from air conditioner

Estupendo, la ubicación ideal,se nota que está recién reformado, todo nuevo los muebles, la cocina ,el menaje, el baño, la única pega que tiene es que el aire acondicionado no enfría, tuvimos que pedir un ventilador, aun así , mucho calor, no tiene persianas, las cortinas muy claras y finas entra muchísimo sol desde que empieza a amanecer
